If you didn’t know, Tara Reid has got lots of videos on the internet. And we’re not talking about illegally ripped and uploaded copies of her movies, too. No, her You Tube fame comes from the many videos she’s “starred” in when she was drunk and somebody happened to have a camera phone or videocam along! But if that isn’t how you’d like to remember Tara, then let’s just focus on her most high profile movies out there.

Obviously “American Pie” is the movie in her portfolio of work, and it was here that she became a household name, along with some of the others in the ensemble cast of this seminal coming-of-age comedy. She was also in the sequel “American Pie 2”, which came two years later in 2001, which was one of her busiest years, work-wise.

That year she was in a high-profile adaptation of a comic book and TV cartoon with some other hot starlets of the moment, “Josie and The Pussycats”. She was also in production for a successful comedy which opened the next year, which was “National Lampoon’s Van Wilder”, with Ryan Reynolds. And that was probably the last time she had a noteworthy film, although she did co-star with Aston Kutcher in “My Boss’ Daughter” a year later, aside from joining the cast of “Scrubs” for a few seasons.

She also had her own reality show on the E! Channel for a year, called “Taradise”, and she blamed this show for causing damage to her career after a season of showing the world her penchant for partying. She once told US Weekly that it was “probably the stupidest thing I ever did … I didn’t know it was going to ruin my career.”

Lately, it’s been mostly bad genre films for her, like Uwe Boll’s “Alone In The Dark” adaptation, and “The Crow: Wicked Prayer”. She even got a nomination as Worst Actress from the Razzy Awards in 2005 for her role in “Alone In The Dark”. Well, at least we have the internet!
